This short 24 page addendum details additional rules for Cosmic Horror, focusing on combat, weapons, and the summoning of entities, as well as new character and creature profiles.
Combat Mechanics: It outlines Assault Actions, including momentum usage, Awareness Tests to avoid attacks, and Counter Assault Reactions.
Weapons: It provides profiles for various melee and ranged weapons with special rules like Bludgeoning, Armour Piercing, Slashing, and Automatic.
Shub-Niggurath: It includes rules for summoning the Avatar of Shub-Niggurath, different forms (Manifest, Faded, Whisper), and special abilities like "The Black Goat" (spawning fragments) and "Uncontrolled Growth." The summoning ritual is also detailed.
US Police: It provides stats and equipment options for US Police officers.
