Yes, we ship worldwide!
Full name, matching your ID, is required for customs and collection purposes.
Tax ID numbers (IE/RG/CPF/CNPJ) are also required by Customs for some countries. Please check your local customs borders guidelines to avoid your order being withheld or returned to us. You can provide this in the address or notes at checkout.

Dispatch timelines:
- We aim to dispatch 'In Stock' orders within one working week.
- Our 3D printed items will have varying times depending on demand, typically between 2-4 weeks.
- Our current lead time for Pre-Order items is 6-8 weeks. These orders are sent in full.
- Due to demand of new releases, we ask to allow up to 4 weeks for dispatch.

Once an order is dispatched we have no control over it's journey. Typical delivery times with Royal Mail are within 3-5 days in the UK and up to 21 days for International orders. DHL Express typically takes a few days internationally.

All orders are fully tracked and you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once dispatched. Please contact us if you haven't received your tracking number and we'll be happy to assist.

Please note, we do not offer next day delivery - Royal Mail 24/48 Tracked services are Royal Mail's delivery timeline once dispatched.

As of 1st January 2021 changes to Customs & Duties for shipments moving between the UK and Europe become affective.

All shipments from the UK to the EU are subject to VAT and handling fees. The VAT rate is usually based at 20%.
We do not charge or collect these fees at checkout and they will be payable by you, the customer, to your local Customs Control before delivery can be attempted. They will contact you with information on how to make payment.

Spectre Miniatures strongly advises checking your regions guidelines on international shipping and customs before purchasing and are not responsible for any fees and duties incurred.

If it has been 4 weeks since dispatch and your order hasn't been delivered, we first recommend checking your tracking number on your local postal services website, or contacting your local sorting office. If they do not have any information, drop us an email at info@spectreminiatures.com with your order number and we will help you the best we can.

Please note, it is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. If an order is lost or returned due to incorrect shipping address or missing personal information, Spectre Miniatures is not responsible and extra shipping charges may apply.

Any item that is out of stock, or has a 'sold out' sign on the product picture, is temporarily unavailable. We frequently restock our products so it hopefully won't be long until it is back. You can sign up for 'Back in Stock' notifications on each individual product page so that you receive an email alert when it is available again.
