Spectre Miniatures figures are 28mm. Our vehicles, guns and scenery are 1/50 scale.

All of our products are supplied unpainted and un-based.
NVGs are not included in sets unless specified in the item description. These can be purchased separately via our website.
The vast majority of our models are supplied whole with only a handful requiring minor assembly. We will always note in the item description when assembly is required.
Some of our vehicles require minor assembly, which the product images are hugely helpful for but if you get stuck send us an email: info@spectreminiatures.com

Our figures are 3D printed, whilst our vehicles and scenery are a mix of resin cast and 3D prints.

No, but you can buy bases from us in the recommended size of 20mm. A popular substitute in this size is a UK penny coin!

Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To begin the refund process, email info@spectreminiatures.com with your order number. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable and digital products, including STLs and PDFs

If your order is returned to us because you have declined the delivery, shipping fees will not be refunded and your refund will only be processed once the order has arrived back with us.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment, within a few days.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items and Covert Packages cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@spectreminiatures.com with the details of the exchange required and order number.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return to help guarantee the traceability of your return. If you are shipping a high value item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Yes, we ship worldwide!
Full name, matching your ID, is required for customs and collection purposes.
Tax ID numbers (IE/RG/CPF/CNPJ) are also required by Customs for some countries. Please check your local customs border guidelines to avoid your order being withheld or returned to us. You can provide this in the address or notes at checkout.

Dispatch timelines:
Orders are normally dispatched within 5 working days. If Spectre Miniatures cannot make delivery within the time scale stated you will be notified immediately by phone or email to arrange another time for delivery, or, if you would prefer, to cancel you order. Small out of stock items may be placed on back order and will be dispatched as soon as items become available again from stock.
- All orders are sent in full, so if your order combines in stock items with print demand or pre order, the longest timeframe will apply to the whole order.

Once an order is dispatched we have no control over it's journey. Typical delivery times with Royal Mail are within 2-4 days in the UK and between 5-15 days for International orders. DHL Express typically takes a few days internationally.

All orders are fully tracked and you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once dispatched. Please contact us if you haven't received your tracking number and we'll be happy to assist.

Please note, we do not offer next day delivery - Royal Mail 24/48 Tracked services are Royal Mail's delivery timeline once dispatched.

Europe:
As of 1st January 2021 changes to Customs & Duties for shipments moving between the UK and Europe become affective.

We are now IOSS registered, which means a smoother journey for parcels headed towards the EU.
Valid for all orders up to €150, VAT is now included in your price, so make sure to shop in your regions currency. This means no surprise fees at customs and helps to avoid handling costs.
If your order is over €150, no VAT will be charged by us and will instead be payable when received

** Do not use express checkout buttons when checking out as this overrides the IOSS system and will not collect your import duties. If you use express checkout, your duties will be payable by yourself to your Customs Control when receiving your order. It is best to place your order by being logged into your store account **


USA:
As of 29th August 2025, the 'de minimis' for orders under $800 dollars has been removed and all inbound parcels to the US are subject to Duties.

To make this process smoother for our US customers, we will be charging this at checkout and sending parcels Delivery Duties Paid via Royal Mail.
The duty applicable to your total order with us is only 10% and all of our Rulebooks are exempt. The amount of Duty being paid will be clearly marked at checkout.

That's great, we all love saving a few pennies!
Just put your code in at checkout in the 'Discount/Gift Card' field, make sure to click apply and you will see your saving applied and reflected in your new cart total.
Important - discount code are not stackable. If your cart already has a bundle discount applied, you will not be able to use any further discount codes.

If it has been 4 weeks since dispatch and your order hasn't been delivered, we first recommend checking your tracking number on your local postal services website, or contacting your local sorting office.
Royal Mail requests to allow 4 weeks for delivery overseas, in the case of any delays at Customs.

Please note, it is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. If an order is lost or returned due to incorrect shipping address or missing personal information, Spectre Miniatures is not responsible and extra shipping charges may apply.

Any item that is out of stock, or has a 'sold out' sign on the product picture, is temporarily unavailable. We frequently restock our products so it hopefully won't be long until it is back. You can sign up for 'Back in Stock' notifications on each individual product page so that you receive an email alert when it is available again.
